90 children with varying learning and physical disabilities enjoyed an exhilarating activity session based on traditional Indian Dance movements and rhythm. Pasha devised his pioneering education programme after studying the sensory responses of people with special needs to movement and music.

Syed Sallauddin Pasha has achieved international recognition for his pioneering dance and movement therapy for people with special needs.

On his first visit to region, Pasha shared his unique magic with the pupils and staff of Gibside School, Gateshead.

Gibside School has a commitment to offer pupils a range of multicultural activities as part of the curriculum. This has included projects on the major religions of the world, ethnic food, people and their customs.
